Mr. Fox
This orphaned fox kit had a very large hernia (tear in the muscles that hold the intestines in the abdomen). Surgery was difficult due to the size of the hernia and it was doubtful if he would completely recover.
But after plenty of loving care and attention he recovered and grew into a gorgeous young adult. He was successfully released back to his wild home.
